Return Policy

1.Free shipping on certain item

2.Time: 3-5 work days to North America(Fedex, UPS, DHL)

4-7 work days to Europe.(DHL, OneWorldShipping)

7-10 work days to South Africa. (Aramex, Dpex)

Note: all orders will be shipped out within 1-3 work days (some customized will be 3-5 days).

3.Delivery: Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex, Dpex.

4.Most of country is free shipping, so please read through to see if it is free shipping to your country,and check the shipping fees on products page

5.About Damager and Issues:Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

6.Payment Methods: Paypal, Visa card, Westen Union,and master card.

Noticed:The package weight: the package over 2.5kg will arrive you 3 days later than that of small package under 2.5kg.

Our items stock status: as usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.

Please never refuse the delivery if you don't want the item, since the returning shipping fee is over $50-$100 in this situation. Please contact customer service to return the package, then the shipping fee would be arround $10.

Instruction for Return:

All orders must be returned within 30 days after receiving. We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect. Please contact our customer service department before returning, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
For any returns, you must contact customer service department to get the return address, and give us the track number. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account in 3 business days. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.
All Refunds will be sent by the way payments come, it takes 3 work days to arrive
EXCHANGE:

Applications must be made within 30 days of receiving the product (s).
Any exchange request after 30 days will not be accepted.
The product should be replaced by something of equal or greater value.
Customers will be required to cover the diffrerence if exchanged for a greater value and also the shipping costs.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed) in any way. According to the Health and Safety Regulations, you can not return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law.

Custom orders
Custom orders are non refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.
24 hours online--- We will reply you within 24 hours (except for the Sunday), save more time for your order.
Please never throw the item, we will only release full refund with its returned since the mistake need to be found and will help a lot on our improvement. Specially appreciate your cooperation!
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic worldwide there may be delays in delivery. But we are open as usual and we will always work hard to get your order to you as quick as possible.
